(c) We may also use your personal information to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of Mummabilities, www.mummabilities.com.au, its customers or third parties.
(d) Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of Australia. These may include, but are not limited to Italy.
(e) If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. (b) We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

When you come to our website (www.mummabilities.com.au) we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

The nature of handmade Easy Up shoes
All Easy Up shoes are handmade by Easy Up (CESARE DIOMEDI snc.) Slight variances may occur in shape, size, photographic representation and colour.
Product Information
Colours may appear different on your device/screen. Please take care when verifying your size, by following the measurement instructions and seek professional advise from your orthotist, should you require this.

Shipping, payment & pricing
The supplier sends shoes via Fedex International Courier, however an alternative courier company may be used if necessary.

Full payment is required to confirm orders (via email or Paypal).

Standard ETA is estimated at 21-30 days. As soon as Mummabilities has received dispatch confirmation with an ETA, this is then sent on to the customer.

Shoe prices differ per size: Kids EU 20-28, EU29-35, EU36-43 & EU44-47, Women's EU35-42 & 43-46 and Men's 39-42 & 43-46.

Prices are subject to change due to EUR/AUD exchange rate.

A flat rate handling fee is charged per order (per client).

Shipping is charged per pair.

Each pair of EASY UP shoes are custom made. Production times vary between 21-30 days + postage time. There may be further delays due to COVID-19.

Shoe prices vary depending on lining, sole and heel selected.

Perforated lining & Standard EVA Outsole Flat heel - are included in the Children's range shoe price.

Plain (full) lining & Standard EVA Outsole with Rolling heel - are included in the Adult's range shoe price.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received/remittance received.

You will receive confirmation once your order is confirmed in accordance with your email address provided.

Confirmation will then be sent when your goods have been dispatched, this will include your Tracking Number and ETA. In most instances, a signature will be required on acceptance of delivery.

Returns & Refunds
If your shoes arrive broken or damaged, please notify us in writing and attach photos of the damaged item within 48hrs of receiving the goods or signing for the goods. This will be shared with the manufacturer for their response and rectification advice in terms of replacement or resolution.
Prior to a refund being given, we may ask for the item to be returned to us in its entire original packaging for inspection - in this case we will send you a postage paid label.

In accordance with Consumer Law, we do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind, incorrect product choice or slight variations in leather/fabric/colour.

A refund may be provided at our discretion for the original amount paid, less the fees and charges associated with the purchase.

If your product is faulty and fails to meet a consumer guarantee - i.e. it does not do what was advertised on the website, it is not fit for its intended use or there is evidence of a true manufacturing fault, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept: Incorrect product choice, Incorrect colour choice or slight variations, misuse of the product in any way that causes a fault or problem with the product, did not follow recommended care or use instructions.
